Shipping Policy
All in-stock products ordered from minicelebrities.com are shipped within 3 business days via Yurtiçi Kargo. Please make sure to check your delivery address before placing your order.
Once the shipment is processed, your tracking information will be sent to you via email. Depending on your delivery address, the courier company will deliver your order within 1–3 business days. The shipping process is entirely the responsibility of the courier company. It is recommended to track your shipment using the provided tracking number.
Please pay attention when receiving your order from the courier company!
Inspect the package in the presence of the courier if you believe it may have been damaged during transit. If you notice any damage, do not accept the product and request a report from the courier company.
After delivery, it is assumed that the courier has fulfilled its responsibilities completely.
If the product is damaged: Please send the report you prepared to info@minicelebrities.com as soon as possible. Once these steps are completed, we will start processing your package and arrange for a replacement delivery as soon as possible.
Return / Exchange Policy
If you wish to return your order before receiving it, do not accept the package and return it to the courier company without opening it.
If you wish to return or exchange a product after receiving your order, contact us within 14 days via info@minicelebrities.com with your order number and the full name of the product to be returned. For exchanges, please also provide the full name of the new product you wish to receive.
The shipping cost for returned/exchanged products is the responsibility of the buyer. To avoid size-related issues, we recommend checking the size chart before making a purchase.
Products Eligible for Return/Exchange:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and not harmed due to improper use.
- The product and all accessories must be returned in their original packaging, with shipping cost covered by the buyer.
- Custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- If you believe the product was damaged during shipment, inspect it in the presence of the courier and do not accept it if damaged, requesting a report.
The refund for returned products will be processed once the items reach our warehouse and are inspected for compliance with return conditions. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for the refund to appear on your credit card.
Returns/Exchanges of Defective Products:
If you receive a defective product and wish to return/exchange it, contact us within 30 days via info@minicelebrities.com or through the contact form on our website, providing your order number, the name of the product to be returned, and, if exchanging, the full name of the replacement product. If the defect is not caused by misuse, your return will be accepted.
