All in-stock products ordered from minicelebrities.com are shipped within 3 business days via Yurtiçi Kargo.
If you wish to return your order before receiving it, do not accept the package when it arrives, and return it unopened to the shipping company.
If you wish to return/exchange your order after receiving it, you can submit a return request within 14 days through your customer account. If you shopped without creating an account, please contact us at info@minicelebrities.com with your order number and the exact name of the product to be returned; for exchanges, include the exact name of the new product you wish to receive.
The return/exchange label on the waist/neck area of the product must remain intact.
The shipping cost for returned/exchanged products is the responsibility of the buyer. To avoid sizing issues, it is recommended to check the size guide before shopping.
Products Eligible for Return/Exchange
The product must be undamaged, unused, and free from any defects caused by improper use.
You may return/exchange the product with all accessories and original packaging at your expense.
Custom-made products requested by the consumer are not eligible for return/exchange.
If a product appears damaged during shipment, do not accept it; inspect it in front of the company representative and create a damage report if necessary.
Refunds for returned products are processed according to your original payment method once the products reach our warehouse and are verified to meet return conditions. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for the refund to appear on your credit card.
Defective Products Return/Exchange
If a product is defective after delivery, you may request a return/exchange within 30 days;
Contact us via info@minicelebrities.com or our website’s contact section, specifying the issue, your order number, and the exact name of the product to be returned; for exchanges, include the exact name of the new product. If the problem is not caused by improper use, your return will be processed.
CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION – RETURN CONDITIONS
GENERAL:
1. By placing an order on the website, you accept the pre-information form and distance sales agreement provided to you.
2. Buyers are subject to the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), and other applicable legislation regarding the sale and delivery of purchased products.
3. Shipping fees are paid by the buyer.
4. Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the buyer within the 30-day legal period. If delivery does not occur within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.
5. Purchased products must be complete, comply with the specifications stated in the order, and include any warranty, instruction manuals, or similar documents if available.
6. If a purchased product becomes impossible to sell, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days and refund the total amount within 14 days.
IF THE PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:
7. If the buyer does not pay or cancels the payment through the bank, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ends.
UNAUTHORIZED CREDIT CARD USAGE:
8. If it is determined that the buyer’s credit card was used without authorization after delivery and the bank does not pay the seller, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days at the seller’s shipping cost.
IF DELIVERY IS DELAYED DUE TO UNFORESEEABLE CIRCUMSTANCES:
9. In case of force majeure beyond the seller’s control preventing timely delivery, the buyer will be informed and may cancel the order, request a replacement product, or postpone delivery until the obstacle is removed. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.
BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
10. The buyer must inspect the product/service before accepting it. Do not accept damaged or defective items (e.g., dented, broken, torn packaging). Accepted items are considered undamaged. The buyer must preserve the item carefully. To exercise the withdrawal right, the product/service must remain unused. The invoice must be returned with the product.
WITHDRAWAL RIGHT:
11. The buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from delivery to themselves or the designated person/organization without any legal or financial obligation and without providing a reason.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
13. For services, the 14-day period starts from the date the contract is signed. Withdrawal is not allowed once service execution begins with consumer consent.
14. Costs arising from withdrawal are borne by the buyer.
15. Withdrawal requires written notice to the seller via mail, fax, or email within 14 days, and the product must be unused according to the "Products Not Eligible for Withdrawal" rules.
HOW TO USE THE WITHDRAWAL RIGHT:
16. The invoice for the delivered product must be returned. For corporate invoices, the company-issued return invoice must be included.
17. Return forms, product packaging, and any standard accessories must be complete and undamaged.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
18. The seller must refund the total amount and receive returned goods within 10 and 20 days, respectively, after receiving withdrawal notification.
19. If the product value decreases due to the buyer’s fault or return is impossible, the buyer is responsible for damages. However, normal use within the withdrawal period is not the buyer’s responsibility.
20. Any discounts used under promotions will be revoked if withdrawal affects promotional eligibility.
PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WITHDRAWAL:
21. Custom-made, personal, or non-returnable products (e.g., underwear, swimwear bottoms, makeup, single-use items, perishable goods, opened packaging items, digital content, software, books, stationery) are not returnable. Withdrawal for services started with consumer consent before the period ends is not allowed.
22. Cosmetic, personal care, underwear, swimwear, books, copyable software, DVDs, CDs, and stationery items must be unopened, unused, and intact to be returned.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:
23. If the buyer defaults on credit card payments, they accept responsibility to pay interest to the bank and cover any resulting costs. The seller may take legal action and claim expenses from the buyer, including attorney fees, and the buyer is liable for any damages caused to the seller by delayed payment.
